Next up on our meet the team series.... Rach

Today we are getting to know Rachael our Graphic Designer and Illustrator.

What do you like most about your role?

Solving design problems by thinking up interesting and good looking designs.

What do you do when you aren't at CWS?

Long walks with my Springer Spaniel Willow and we are building a Camper out of a VW panel van.

What has been your best holiday?

I used to go to Madeira every year when I was a child growing up with my grandparents and parents. It was just the right amount of hot and had yummy yummy food mixed with snorkelling scuba and reading by the pool.

What is the worst film you have ever seen?

The Fountain of Fontaine with Hugh Jackman. Confusing and boring.

What is your favourite quote?

It will all be alright in the end If it is not alright, it is not the end.

What is your favourite place to eat?

I love pretty much all food, so this is so hard … at the moment I love Plan Burrito in Loughborough (other Burrito places are available)

Most important thing you’ve learnt in your current role?

I trained originally as an illustrator and then worked largely in print design so it has been really interesting learning more about UX and Web design.

How do you relax best?

Bubble bath - with wine and candles and Grey’s Anatomy propped up on an ipad.
